I can't get 1password families

Hello I am trying to get 1password families. But I emailed 1password and nothing. And I don't see the invite button on the sidebar.

    Hello! I have the same problem - just don`t have invite button. How to change to family plan?

    Most likely you started your membership in one of the stores and not 1password.com.

    Change your 1Password account type

    If you started your subscription with an in-app purchase, you won’t be able to change your account type yourself. Contact 1Password Support.
