What to do if my iPhone is stolen?
So if I am on a trip , and the only have my phone (not my computer). I would like to have the option of having a text message 2fa at more regular intervals. These are super fast to type in as IPhone offers a paste into app when you receive text.
But the one thing u can do fast forward n your own is to cancel phone, which would disable access to 1pass

Hello @pathfinder76! 👋
If you've had your iPhone lost or stolen then please see our guide here: If your device was lost or stolen, and it has your 1Password data on it

I'm not sure that I understand. 1Password does not use test messages for 2FA and is not involved with the process if you do use text messages for 2FA for another service, that would all be handled by iOS itself. Can you clarify your request?

So my scenario would require text 2fa

Can you clarify further? Are you trying to enable 2FA over text message for your 1Password account? Or for another account/website?

i guess , the issue is, if my phone gets stolen, and i dont have access to a computer or phone, then i cannot lock that account access to 1password.

Even if your iPhone was stolen, the thief would be unable to access your data without first entering your account password or using Touch ID / Face ID to unlock the app. You can choose to have 1Password lock more often, and lock immediately on exit, by changing your auto-lock settings: How to set 1Password to lock automatically
And, if your phone is stolen, you can deauthorize the phone from your 1Password account: If your device was lost or stolen, and it has your 1Password data on it
I hope that helps!
