Settings window in Mac Full Screen Mode

in Desktop betas (Mac, Windows, and Linux)

I've noticed recently that when the app is in Full Screen Mode, and you open Settings, that window also takes over the full screen. This was a previous issue but it was resolved.

What's gone wrong? The Settings window should open over the top and stay at the smaller size.
