A company has recently redesigned their login page and 1Password no longer offers me the icon in the field. When I look at the HTML I can see they have put the Username into a

<

form> with autocomplete=off. I assume this is why 1Password won't play ball.

My question is whether there is an option for me to still force 1Password to work with this site ?

If it helps, the login is from fidelity.co.uk

  • Hey @SteveCroX,

You're right, this page is built in way that makes it difficult for 1Password to fill the fields.

I have filed an issue with our development team to see if there is anything we can do on our end to improve the behaviour on this page.

In the meantime, the best workaround I could come up with is the drag and drop your credentials to the field. I understand that this isn't ideal, let us know if there is anything else we can help with at all.
