Watchtower showing different results

I've just enabled the new beta for Passkey support on two separate machines. One of which is showing Passkeys missing in Watchtower for many sites, the other says "Watchtower didn't find any login items with passkeys available." for the exact same 1Password account.

The correctly working computer is macOS Ventura, and the one displaying no items is running Monterey.

I have tested registering, saving, and authenticating a passkey with https://webauthn.io/ and that all integrates with 1Password and works correctly even on the Monterey machine.

Any clue what might be causing this discrepancy?
