Extension locks after editing an entry

When clicking "Edit" button in the extension, it automatically pops the desktop app for the edition, however, no matter if I edit, or, if I don't, after closing the desktop app the extension automatically locks itself, and this is very annoying.

Any fix?

Chrome version: 1Password in the browser 2.15.1 21500107, on STABLE channel
Desktop version: 1Password for Mac 8.10.16 (81016047)

1Password Version: 8.10.16
Extension Version: 2.15.1
OS Version: MacOS Ventura 13.5.2 (22G91)
Browser: Chrome

    Thanks for the confirmation @pb74

    For anyone else finding this thread keeping 1Password in the menubar is needed to prevent the locking. If you have trouble with locking please try enabling it.

    Hi Steph,

    I'm closing it by clicking on the red button in the upper left corner (just as you would close any MacOS window).

    I didn't have the 1Password icon option enabled, I just enabled it and it seems to work well as a workaround as the extension is not auto-locking automatically now.

    Hey @pb74,

    Can you let me know how you are closing the desktop app? In addition, do you have the 1Password icon in your menu bar?
