Unable to unlock test account after restoring a backup

Hi everyone,

in the last couple of days I had to restore my iPhone 2 times and I always restored a backup. After the 1Password app was restored I couldn’t unlock my test account with passkey saved in iCloud Keychain due to error “login failed.try again later or contact support”. The first time I thought was a coincidence and I deleted and created a new test account, but it happened again after another restore.

Is that normal?

    Our development team are actively investigating this issue signing in after restoring from a backup. In the meantime, it seems that signing out and back in to your unlock with passkeys account should get everything working again as expected: Sign out of 1Password.
