How do I use references from other accounts in my code?

I have a personal and a work account signed into the desktop. I also have the 1Password CLI installed and enabled.

I want to use 1password secrets in python scripts for various things. When I use secret references from my personal vault, it works fine.

When I try to reference from my work account, the password doesn't resolve.

I'm not clear on how to route the "op://..." to a different account than the main one.

I'm using VSCode as an IDE
