Home Depot won’t share a Passkey with other devices

So I created a passkey for Home Depot on my iPad. It worked as expected and I’m able to login using that passkey on my iPad without incident. The problem arises when I try to login on my other devices (Mac or iPhone). When I do so it insisted on sending a OTP to my email address. I enter that then it presents me an option to enable Face ID or Touch ID. I select that option but instead of prompting me to FILL the passkey already in 1PW it displays the 1PW prompt to CREATE a new passkey. Either it’s not recognizing there is already a passkey available or it’s forcing device specific passkeys which certainly defeats the purpose of storing a passkey in 1PW and sharing it across all your devices.

I've mentioned this to the team. I'm not sure what would be possible. Let's give them just a bit to look into it.
