1Password Chrome Extension seems a bit scary in terms of what it can access?

Why would I allow 1Password to access all my web browsing data and change my privacy settings????

    Sorry for the delayed reply FuriousFan.

    If a browser extension changes the required permissions your browser should notify you of the change and ask you to accept these permissions.

    I hope this helps to clear things up!

    That makes more sense. Would I be notified if 1Password tries to change the permissions it needs in the future or if they grab more data, it would part of what I have to agree to in order to install the extension and I'd never know?
