In the side bar, the set of tags is ordered in an unexpected way. A tag that begins with lowercase 'a' is ordered after all tags that begin with uppercase 'A'.

e.g.
Given tags 'aB', 'AC', and 'Ba' the tags will be ordered as

  • AC
  • aB
  • Ba

When there is a large set of tags with the same first letter it would be helpful if the sort was case-insensitive.

I tested and found the same behavior on macOS, Windows, and iOS.

  • Hello @jrdodds! 👋

Thank you for the feedback! I can certainly see how it can be confusing to have tags be sorted by case sensitivity and I've forwarded your feedback to the team internally. Hopefully how case-sensitivity is handled in lists can be improved in the future. 🙂
