I'm locked out of my account. It says on the website there is 24/7 email support. Is that a complete lie, or can I get some help?

    Writing on your feature page that you provide 24/7 support via email and forums is such a shameless, despicable thing to do if you don't provide 24/7 support. Really quite appalling.

    I checked all three channels. Email, Forums, and Twitter. No response. What an incredible lack of integrity.
