Cannot export login data
I want to export some login data. I looked at the instructions at https://support.1password.com/export/. I opened and unlocked the 1Password app on my PC and clicked on the three vertical dots at the top of the sidebar. I then clicked on export, but nothing happened. There was no prompt for the account I wanted to export. I tried clicking on Our Family at the top of the sidebar and also the login item for Our Family, but nothing happened.
I checked for updates, but I have the current version: 8.10.16 - 81016047, on PRODUCTION channel.
Please, how do I do an export?

Same problem with import. If I click the three vertical dots in the app and click on import, nothing happens. I can import if I log into my account at 1Password.com, but I could not find any option to export from 1Password.com

Problem solved in the time=honored Windows tradition. Uninstall the 1Password app and reinstall it
