Attempt to scroll reorders items
When editing an item, the reorder handles have no timeout, so when I try to scroll with a thumb as used to on the right side of the screen, I directly reorder items. Which is annoying. Reorder handles should have a timeout on tap.

Hi Audrey, I believe I have described the annoyance understandably. UI elements should not hinder muscle memory. If there are any concrete ambiguities, I'll be happy to clear them up, otherwise, let's share this with the product team.
