When I try to long into DailyCaller.com the username is populated but not the password.

I have done some testing on the dailycaller.com and found I was able to fill my credentials after following these steps to save them manually: Save a login manually in your browser.
In addition, it looks like you may not be using the latest version of 1Password for Safari (2.16.0). Can you give these steps a try to update it: How to keep 1Password up to date in your browser.
