Can we remove Full Access permission from vaults added by service account

With a service account that has permissions to create vaults, when a vault is created the service account gets "Full Access" permission to that vault.
Is there a way to revoke that access from the CLI as the service account in question?

As service account permissions are immutable by the user, I'm imagining they're also immutable to the service account apart from this situation where the service account is granted permission to vaults it creates.

I'm essentially trying to create an automation for our company that can create vaults using a low-privilege account, however if the account retains Full Access to things it makes, it defeats some of the purpose.
