Why is the population of the address so unreliable?
When I use the address filling from 1P on web pages it needs very often some adjustments.
1P does not recognize the difference between "Street" and "(house)number". So in many cases I have to move the number away from the street field into the number or small adjustments like that. Those two attributes should be stored separately in 1P. Would that solve this issue or is it more a problem between chair and keyboard and I just don't get it?

Usually, the address form will consist of two lines. The first line is for "street number", and the second line is for "unit/house number" (if applicable):
When we save/create an identity item in 1Password, the address format is shown as below:
I understand there is only one line for "Street". So, there is a trick for using

to separate the "street number" and the "house number", as shown below:Then, 1Password should autofill correctly for you on the two street lines:
