CLI not working - connecting to desktop app timed out

All-

I've googled and read existing threads and can't seem to solve this one. I'm on macOS Ventura 13.6.

Result of commands:

op account list --debug
[ERROR] 2023/11/03 08:43:52 connecting to desktop app: connecting to desktop app timed out, make sure it is installed, running and CLI integration is enabled
op --version
2.22.0
which op
/usr/local/bin/op

Running 1password desktop app 8.10.18. This error also appears in my settings:

I did verify 1password is in the list of "allow in the background" as well as I saw on other threads:

Any ideas?
