[Bug] Creating item while multi-tasking causes fork of item

When creating a new Secure Note on iOS, if the creation is interupted eg. by swapping to another app, then saved - the original is saved but the edit dialog remains on screen.

Screen recording is here (if you don't want 20MB video files being uploaded, maybe perform some more validation before hosting attachments etc, like checking MIME type and file size)
