Hi @wadewang,
If you're using 1Password Business or Teams, you can configure permissions to restrict users or groups from performing certain actions within a vault. There isn't a way to completely hide one item from a user who has been assigned access to a shared vault, however. All items within a vault will be at the very least viewable for anyone with access.
With 1Password Business, you can revoke the
View and Copy Passwords
permission for a user or group, and they will not be able to view or copy any of the password fields for saved items stored in that vault inside any of the 1Password applications or web extensions. They will still be able to use 1Password in the browser to fill those passwords on the sign-in pages of websites and services.If you're looking for different functionality, can you share a bit more information about your use case?

Thanks for the help, it can be achieved, I plan to buy 1password for the team, and want to know more features. In my test, a login entry can be copied to different Vaults.For this kind of information, if the password of one entry is changed, will the passwords of other Vaults also be changed?

@wadewang, happy to assist.

There isn't a way to copy items across multiple vaults in a way that would allow the item to be edited in one vault and have it reflected in another. It will be necessary to update each individual item separately.
For these situations, consider creating a new vault for the item and sharing it with any individuals or groups who need to access it. This ensures that there's only a single item (not multiple entries for the same item across different vaults), and it also only allows it to be edited by those who have the configured permission to do so.
