Issues importing from Lastpass
I just signed up for a trial. When I try to import my passwords from LastPass my Authentication fails. When I use the same credentials to log into LastPass it works perfectly. Customer Support links on the 1Password website only lead to documents that don't offer any help and this forum, which is full of pleas for help from frustrated users with the same problem. 1Password has competition. Tell me why I shouldn't turn to one of them.

Regarding the LastPass issue please see the following guide on how to import your items: Move your data from LastPass to 1Password in the desktop app
If the steps in that guide don't work then the support team can help further with the import or with cancelling your account if you wish. I see that you're already discussing the situation via email, since we have a communications channel open I'm closing this thread.
