1P desktop & azure sso
Hey everyone!
So we're in a process of switching our way of authenticating with Azure SSO. So far so good, but something popped out on some users we haven't faced before.
Just to short recap, how does it work with browser:
1. User logging in to a site - clicking on "Sign in with Microsoft"
2. Login screen to O365 appears, passing correct account.
3. User successfully logs.
Now, with desktop app (both Mac/Windows):
1. User clicks on "Sign in with Microsoft"
2. Login screen to O365 appears, passing correct account.
3. Next screen - you're trying to log in to [azure enterprise app name used for scim]
4. User successfully logs.
But here's the problem - if session in browser expires, the user is not able to log in to desktop app. It looks like user is able to log in to desktop version only
if there's an active session in a default system browser. Is something common and "as it should", or there's a way to reconfigure it, so even after user is not logged in 1p browser at the moment, 1Password desktop will log in without a problem?

Hey there, I think we might require some additional information on what your workflow looks like. Might be best if you could connect with integrations@1password.com and walk one of our associates through your experience.
