Recently deleted items list is not refreshed

The recently deleted items list is not automatically refreshed when an item is permanently deleted from another device.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

  • Create and delete a test item from 1P Windows
  • On 1P Windows go to the Recently Deleted folder
  • Go to the same folder on another device
  • Permanently delete that item from the other device
  • On 1P Windows the item is still present
  • If you click on it an error appears (see image)
  • If you change folder the list is refreshed
