SSH agent doesn't work with git repos installed through npm?

Started to use 1Password SSH Agent recently. All good for:

  • default use case;
  • Github with different SSH keys for personal repos and organization (git@github.com)
  • Bitbucket work account (git@bitbucket.org)

But we also installed one of our private bitbucket repos via npm, and in this case, SSH Agent doesn't even prompt for a password, it just fails.
Error message:

It still doesn't work if I try to match the key with a host like recommended here:

It does work if I replace the public key with the private, but it doesn't make sense and has nothing to do with SSH Agent.

So, did anyone else face that issue and was able to solve it?
