    I am experiencing similar with some sites & installed apps where the Passwords prompt appears, you click it to autofill with 1PW details but it disappears without any account or password being populated, and the “Password” manager prompt reappears instantly. I then have to go to 1PW app itself and copy the details. This has just started happening since last 1PW update.

    I'm sorry that AutoFill isn't working in certain apps. I've split your comment into a new thread so that we can discuss your situation separately. Are you able to share the names of the apps and browsers where AutoFill isn't working, and are you also seeing the same issue when using Safari?

    As a first step, please try these steps:

    1. On the Home screen, tap Settings.
    2. Tap Passwords > Password Options.
    3. Turn off AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys, then turn it back on.
    4. De-select 1Password.
    5. Select 1Password.
