Is Unlock with Windows Hello more secure when I have the same password for my account and 1Password?

    To make sure I fully understand the situation, are you referring to using the same password for your Windows/Microsoft account and 1Password?

    @AliH1P Yes, I have the same password (technically a pin but with letters and symbols) for my windows account.

    Hey @Maldroid, thanks for clarifying.

    We would strongly recommend against reusing your 1Password account password for any other system or service. That would include your Microsoft/Windows account.

    That said, having the same password here wouldn't make unlocking 1Password with Windows Hello more or less secure.
