Account Frozen

Hi,

I have an yearly subscription through Apple Store, the renewal was supposed to happen on Dec 1, it has completed successfully, I have even got an email from Apple Store of the successful purchase, however 1Password account is showing status as Account Frozen, all the apps, browsers extensions auto fill also show the same error message "Account Frozen".

My subscription has already renewed and also showing an Expiry date of Dec 1, 2024 in the apple store.

Please help me.
