Setting up my 1P account as new on a new device
Earlier this year, I have a massive security breach on my desktop computer and my 1P account was hacked, which compromised my all my passwords.
I bought a new desktop this week and although I'm migrating most of my data, in the form of text, emails, photos, etc., I don't want to migrate my 1P data, for security reasons.
I have an existing account, but I want to set it up on my new desktop with nothing inside it. How can I do that without paying for a new account under a different email address? I haven't yet signed in to 1P or even downloaded the app on my new device. Thank you.

Hello @CallerID! 👋
I'm sorry to hear that your desktop computer was compromised. If you haven't already, I recommend that you reach out to the manufacturer of your old computer so that they can make sure that it is safe for you to continue to use and migrate from. If it's a Mac then you can reach Apple here: Official Apple Support
Regarding your 1Password account, I see that you emailed in a few days ago and my colleague sent you a response on Saturday. Please continue the conversation there and our support team can help further. If you don't see the email then please check your Spam/Junk folder.
