1Pass Extension in Chrome Version 120.0.6099.62 will not save Secret Key on AutoFill

I am using Chrome Version 120.0.6099.62 and the 1Password extension on Mac OS Sonoma Version 14.1.2

I have 2 of the 1Password accounts because we have a family plan so my wife has her own login and secret key and so do I.

When she uses Safari ALL IS WELL and Safari remembers all credentials including the secret key to login. However, when she uses Google Chrome that is not the case. She always has to manually enter her Secret Key and as everyone knows it is very long and time consuming so she has been having to use Safari to speed up logging in.

I do not want her to continue to do this because everything she does is in Chrome. I do not have this problem on my own computer and have tried to fix it on her's without success.

So far I have deleted the login and entered it manually but still no resolve. I also installed the browser extension plugin to her Google Chrome. What I did notice is that if I login using the browser extension plugin I do not need the Secret Key but searching for what I am looking for is harder to find using the plugin than if I log in directly into the website.

Using the 1password extension I am able to find the password entry as it searches both private and shared sections. Having the correct login credentials to use along with the correct Secret Key does not Auto Fill properly. The problem is that it loads my secret key, NOT HERS. So I still have to manually enter the secret key to login to 1Pass online.

How can I force it to use the correct secret key using Chrome?

Thank you for your assistance.
