Windows App Breaking regularly

Hi All, We've just setup 1Password for almost all of our clients and have been having major issues getting the Windows app to consistently launch.

All of the affected machines are Windows, we push MSI because users do not have admin rights and most of the clients use unlock with AAD or Okta. Every ticket we open support wants logs and they all have some version of this in the files:

The fix is to uninstall and reinstall but as you know that requires going through the trust process again and it is incredibly disruptive to both our support staff and our clients. Does anyone know why this is happening and have any advice on how to make it stop?
