Yubico Key + 1password

I have decided to step up my security after having one of my accounts hacked. I’m trying to secure 1password, which I have 300 items on.

I have set up the Yubico key by using 1password on the browser on my Mac. But when I try to open 1password on my iPhone or iPad I get a message “no credentials found”.

The key is definitely setup ok on my account, but for some reason it’s not syncing with my other three devices. Can anyone help me? - I have spent two days scouring search engines and I’m no wiser.

    If you've not already emailed us please do so using support+forum@1password.com. Be sure to use the email address tied to the account in question.

    Off-hand it sounds like you may have saved the key as a passkey instead of saving it as a Security Key. One of my colleagues on the email support team would be more thna happy to see if there is anything we can to help.
