Auto-Update shared items

As many others, I come from LastPass, over there, I was able to share a password or a note with details, and whenever these items were updated, it would also be updated to the people it has been shared with.
This was very useful, and was not required us to be part of the same family at all. It was sufficient to have a 1Password account.
Is this possible or planned? Thank you.
