No secret key or emergency kit

I bought this product last year but never used it. I am finally trying to log in, but I don't think I ever got the Emergency Kit or if I did, it is lost. I assume I should start over since I don't have anything saved. Do I deactivate the account?

    Ultimately, yes, you're on the right track with your current account, and the team can help with instructions on that, too. The Emergency Kit is downloaded immediately after account creation. Please make sure to save it.
