Assistance needed finding missing items
Today, thanks to computer issues I lost many files and apps, including my
1password app. But I wasn't worried since I believed that all my login and
passwords were saved to my online 1password account. So I logged in, and
found that there were only 9 entries even though I have added many, many other
login and passwords to the app this past year that are now lost thanks to 1password.
Note, I paid for my yearly subscription in Feb 2023 so there is no reason that
my account should not be working properly and syncing properly.

Note, I signed up with 1password in Feb 2023, so I would have downloaded the 1password app at that point. Whether it needed to be updated since then, I wouldn't know. The browser I use is Chrome.
