How can I tell if my account is a Family account or just personal? And, is there a way to change an account from personal to family?

    Hi,

    On 1Password.com under billing it will say what type of plan you're on. Yes it is possible to change to a family account. Please email support@1password.com with any account or billing questions to protect your privacy.

    Yes, if you have any questions please email us. That said, you may be able to tell if you have a family account. Access 1Password.com and log in. Then look for invite people in the sidebar. If you see it you have a family already. If not we'd be happy to help. You can also change here if you have direct billing enabled. The option is not possible with accounts created within the respective App Stores.
