How move items to shared vault
I have a Personal Vault. I just upgraded to a Family Plan and also have a Shared Vault. ALL of my passwords are currently in my Personal Vault. I know I cannot share my Personal Vault with family members, but HOW do I copy/move them from my Personal Vault to the Family Shared Vault?? The "help" page says to click/drag the item from my Personal Vault onto the Shared Vault that's shown on the left pane. HOWEVER, there are NO vaults listed at all on the left pane (I'm doing this from the website, not the iOS app or Chrome extension). On the left pane, all I see is "All Items" "Favorites" "Watchtower" "Categories" & "Tags". HOW do I move things to the Shared Vault so they can be shared with the family???

Thank you for the question! The website currently includes only basic moving tools (we're hoping to upgrade the website in the future) and you'll need to move items individually there. The best way to move items between vaults is by using the 1Password desktop app which you can download here:
Once the app is installed follow the steps in this guide: Move or copy items
