I use 1Password for storing digital signature files. I wish I could use them without saving them on my desktop, downloads folder, etc. That includes ability to just view (open in default program) the file from 1Password.

Drag-n-drop files

I wish I could drag-n-drop files from 1Password to browser file form or to pen drive etc.

Mount files to protected virtual drive

1Password create a virtual drive (as Google Drive does) and put there files. 1Password will intercept the app reading the file (or even a folder before) and ask permission.

How do I see it:
1. I select Item in 1Password -> menu -> mount files on virtual drive
2. I go to any program that needs my protected file (for example, digital signature app) and open file picker
3. I go to virtual drive and select the file
4. 1Password asks me for permission for the app to read the file
5. 1Password "unlocks" the file so it is readable.
