Account is offline

I am logged into my 1Password account in Chrome extension. When I click on "edit" for a login, the icon "red cloud with a line through it" appears and the message "Your account is offline." Why is my account offline?

    I have both a Business account and a Family Account.

    Are both of the account current? Sometimes folks will have an older account that they may have been removed from. Assuming both are indeed current. I'd recommend contacting us via email. Do you also have any blockers installed that may be prohibiting communication or are you using a VPN? Sometimes, they can get in the mix. I'd suggest trying with those disconnected.
