The one question is for you.
I subject the discussion is about 1PASSWORD.
The FAQ is bottom in the comment.

On my desktop computer window 11, Microsoft Edge 1Password Extensions the passkeys list are not support encryption.

1password app on my Samsung Phone Passkeys list encryption is supported.

The smartphone is Samsung Mobile Security — Samsung Knox for locally passkeys allowed to encrypt and decrypt the passkeys created.

How do I explain Passkeys created are encrypted on desktop computer use windows 11, Microsoft Edge Browser?

1Password Version: 8.10.24 (81024044)
Extension Version: 2.19.0
OS Version: Win 11
Browser: Microsoft EDGE

  • Hello @davidjguitard73! 👋

Thanks for the question! Passkeys are generated on your device by 1Password using a public-private key pair. The underlying private key never leaves 1Password and is protected by the same end-to-end encryption as the rest of your items in 1Password.

Only you can decrypt, and sign in with, a passkey stored in 1Password by using your account password and Secret Key.

On my desktop computer window 11, Microsoft Edge 1Password Extensions the passkeys list are not support encryption.

Can you clarify what you mean by this? Are you able to post a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot.
