Linux CentOS/RHEL/Rocky, error with SSL certificate

Trying to do any generic activity with dnf (In this case, Rocky Linux 9) tells me that it can't get repodata.

I've tried clearing caches, resetting some of the dnf in general. No luck. I'm greeted with the following error every time -
