Can't save password for American Airlines on Safari

I'm on 1Password for Mac 8.10.24. I have the Safari extension installed and it has been working fine for most sites. When I go into American Airlines, I was able to create a new item and save my password. I can't find a way to save the whole filled out form (with all 3 fields). I am not prompted to save the login info, and when I click on the 1Password icon in my toolbar at the top of the mac screen or in the 1Password icon at the top of the Safari window, there is no option to save password, which is what it says I should do in your help docs. How on earth do I save that login form?

    @tpotter

    Try right-clicking on 1Password in the toolbar and selecting save login. You should be prompted to update your login.

    When I did that, it saved the user id and password, but not the other required field (last name).
