I want to change my account.

I want to change my email using my current family account, which is an old work email that I no longer can't access to.
So I'm wondering what the procedure is to export all the data from my current FAMILY account and create new and import a FAMILY account with a new account.

There is no need to change accounts unless you wish to do so. The only thing ever shared with a business is billing. If that's stopped, then the account is good to use. You'd just need to add billing details and change your email.
