Repeated Duo Safari Redirects

I have a work vault and a family vault. The work vault is secured by Duo and requires reauthentication every few days. I was prompted to do so today but now my Safari iPhone browser redirects to a Duo URL and then a 1Password URL before my page loads. Sometimes it reloads a page I already have open. This happens about every 5 minutes.

Any way to end this loop?
