Attempt to upgrade from standalone 1PW v6 account on Mac to a new families account

Followed all the steps mentioned in the upgrade process and on the website, ie. upgrade to v7, import vault and then upgrade to v8, did not receive a secret key and am now locked out of 1PW altogether as each time I try to login to the app or website it asks for the secret key. Help!

    The Secret Key is created and you would download it from during account creation. I'd recommend emailing us which I see you've done. Great job on doing that. Since we have an ongoing communication please continue the discussion there. I am closing this to prevent duplication of efforts.
