Not syncing

Hi. I have a laptop & desktop, along with my phone that has 1password installed.
Desktop has v 8.10.24 & windows 10,
laptop v 7.9.835 (installing v8 fails all the time) & windows 11
Phone has iOS v 7.10.2

I only have 2 vaults, 1 personal & 1 dropbox backup.

My phone appears to be the only database that is up to date with 866 items, but the laptop only has 738 items, the desktop 738 items, and my online account 738 items.
It seems that dropbox primary vault on my phone (not sure how it got there) has the missing items.

How do I move my items from the dropbox vault to my personal one to get it all synced up. Also why can I not install v8 on my laptop?

    Syncing would not be expected given your configuration.

    1Password 8 does not use Dropbox for syncing. It's not capable of it. I'd suggest talking with our support team to isolate the trouble on the Windows laptop. Most common is an Antivirus app or update needed. Be sure to update. Multiple attempts may need to be made if there are multiple updates needed/pending. Once fully updated, restart and try again.

    As far as consolidating the items, you'll want to move any items from the Dropbox vault to your Personal vault in your membership.

    Move and copy items

    Once everything is in the Personal vault you'll remove the Primary vault from your installation.

    Migrate your existing 1Password data from standalone vaults to a 1Password account

    Click next to your old vault and select Remove vault, then click Delete.
