Prevent "item share to anyone with the link"

In the interest of security, I find it necessary to prevent anyone to select "Anyone with the link" when sharing items. Even by selecting “Can be viewed only 1 time”, this suggestion will make a great product even more secure to use.

Maybe it could be an option on the setup of vaults.
