Login entry with 2F code is gone from 1Password

I'm using a Synology Diskstation NAS in my local network. The admin account of that NAS is (was) stored in 1Password. I've used that quite often. Now the entity is gone from my vault. I'm still remembering the password for the admin account. But the issue is that 1Password was used for a 2F code generation. I'm locked out from my NAS as Admin now.
That item can't be found in the archive or in the last deleted folder.
Is there a way to restore the vault from 1Password internal database infrastructure?
