Okta Integration using GCP SCIM Bridge

working SCIM bridge utilising Google Cloud platform. I was able to connect the SCIM and using Version 2.9.0 Stable version.

Issue is when setting up the app in Okta. Upon enabling the API, we get the following error when authenticating:

_**Error authenticating: No results for users returned. **_

Have followed the instructions and added /scim to the end of the base url as suggested within the 1Password community.

I used https://scim.example.com for Base URL
and Used the Bearer Token from SCIM bridge integration and getting the error.
