Unable to connect the 1Password extension with my browser

I am having problems with my browser connection.
I am working with Safari 124 for windows 10
Yesterday I deleted my cache and when I open the 1Password extension today I see that my browser no longer connects to the extension. How can I solve this problem?


1Password Version: Not Provided
Extension Version: 2.21.0
OS Version: windows 10
Browser: Firefox

    I'm happy that you were able to resolve the issue, I'm sorry for the trouble. I noticed an offline indicator icon in your screenshot:

    Do you still see that icon? If you do then what error message do you see when you click on the icon? If you don't see the icon anymore and everything is working fine then feel free to ignore this message. 🙂

    The offline indicator appeared just after I deleted the cache and I tried many times to reconnect but without success.
    Finally I uninstalled and reinstalled the extension and the problem is now solved
