SSH Agent not triggering for remote host with only IPv6 address

When I SSH into a host that has an IPv6 address but no IPv4 address, the SSH Agent is not triggered and I receive a password prompt. I receive the same behavior when I connect via IP or hostname

I am able to SSH into the IPv6 hosts from a Linux machine with the SSH key set up in a traditional way without issue.

When I connect to a host with an IPv4 address as well as an IPv6 address, I am prompted by the agent for both IP and hostname, as normal.
